Eric Oelschlaeger

Mr. Oelschlaeger joined AMERICAN SYSTEMS in 2025 following its acquisition of Epsilon, Inc. where he had served as President since co-founding the company in 2009.  At Epsilon, Mr. Oelschlaeger oversaw the growth of the company from a small start-up to a successful organization with a nation-wide presence supporting many customers across commercial, federal, and DoD markets.

Mr. Oelschlaeger continually strives to create value for customers through innovative service delivery strategies.  He has developed enterprise-level offerings spanning cloud computing, cybersecurity frameworks, compliance consulting, data center modernization, and infrastructure management—empowering customers to achieve digital transformation securely. His commitment to a customer-first, "white glove" approach has fostered exceptional satisfaction and a culture of operational agility.
