Chief Information Officer

As CIO for AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Mr. Rautwar leads the overall vision, strategy, and management of enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and AI-driven innovation across the company. Mr. Rautwar began his career at AMERICAN SYSTEMS in 2007, and most recently was Director of Information Technology Operations.

Mr. Rautwar has more than 25 years of broad IT and Business Process Improvement experience, having held senior level positions with firms such as IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Rautwar holds a Bachelor of Technology from Sri Venkateswara University, India. He is committed to strengthening AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ security-first culture, driving digital transformation, ensuring government compliance, and applying AI and emerging technologies to deliver measurable value for employees and customers.
