(Epsilon), a managed IT and cybersecurity leader headquartered in Weaverville, NC. The acquisition will result in more than 400 new employees joining AMERICAN SYSTEMS, further increasing the company’s scale and capabilities.

August 26, 2025 – Chantilly, Va. – AMERICAN SYSTEMS, a leading provider of mission essential and information engineering services to federal customers, announced the promotion of Srinivas Rautwar to Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective August 25. Rautwar, formerly Director of Information Technology Operations for the company, fills the position vacated by the retirement of Brian Neely, who held the position for more than two decades of distinguished service in the CIO role.
