OASIS is a government-wide, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that offers flexible and innovative solutions for a wide range of complex professional services, such as engineering, scientific and logistics services, and financial management.
The core disciplines of the contract include engineering services, research and development, scientific services, program management, management consulting services, and financial services.
This contract is available to the DoD and all Federal Agencies.
