AMERICAN SYSTEMS has designed, developed and maintained IPDEs for several programs. A balanced IPDE comprises infrastructure, functional applications, and business processes. Because of such an IPDE, customers can produce, acquire, manage, access, modify, and sustain product data throughout the acquisition and life cycles of a program. 

We provide an integrated infrastructure combining local, metropolitan, and wide area connectivity; distributed survivable storage; and computing architectures that connect distributed users with their data and data-manipulating applications. We also provide functional applications to create, translate, manipulate, store, and retrieve the associated data.

Finally, we design and implement solid business processes that govern the creation, manipulation, storage, and retrieval of data. We put these processes in place and then enforce them throughout the acquisition and life cycles. Our proven approach ensures that the data are robust, available, and persistent.
