ITIL Version 3 (or ITIL refresh) - Courses for bridging from ITIL v2 to the newly released version 3, updated accredited certification courses, and workshops covering the concepts of the IT Infrastructure Library™
- ITIL Foundation (Green Badge) - a three (3) day accredited course introducing the key concepts of each ITIL function and process. The class includes the EXIN ITIIL Foundation certification examination in class.
- ITIL Practitioner - Training and certification in process owners’ area of expertise. Each five (5) day course emphasizes strategies for successful implementation and sustainable results via detailed case studies and practical process application
- ITIL Service Manager (Red Badge) - The highest achievement in ITIL training. An intense ten (10) day course conducted in two, one-week segments plus 1 day of review and a 2 day exam, over a 6 to 8 week period.
- ISO20000 Foundation - An accredited certification course providing an international standard of best practices against which you can benchmark your current ITSM and Service Quality Management program. This is a three (3) day course, with the exam administered on the final day of class.
- ISO/IEC 20000 For Consultants (itSMF certification) - A three (3) day certification course designed for IT Consultants who wish to assist organizations in preparing for certification under the ISO/IEC 20000 scheme.
- Visible Ops- Developed in conjunction with the IT Process Institute, the original developers of the Visible Ops methodology, this course teaches a control-based entry point into ITIL and ITSM process improvements.
- Apollo 13 - AN ITIL CASE EXPERIENCE™ (Simulation) - One day of intensive training utilizing ITIL concepts and processes through the use of an interactive game. “Real Life” situations taken from the Apollo 13 mission are simulated. Course attendees work in teams, playing the roles of the Mission operations ground crew charged with bringing the crippled space craft and crew safely home.
- ITIL / ITSM Workshops - including Awareness - Short courses designed to achieve tangible, immediate results in a variety of IT Service Management areas.
- MOF Essentials - A 2 ½ hour course that provide an overview of the Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) and its relationship to ITIL
