Registration & Payment
Payment in full is due at the time of registration and may be made via MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Students will not be allowed to attend class if payment has not been made in full.
AMERICAN SYSTEMS recommends registering for your training at least three weeks (21 days) in advance of the course date in order to ensure seat availability. However, AMERICAN SYSTEMS will honor last-minute registrations if space is available and full payment is received.

Trainee Cancellations
You may cancel your classroom registration without penalty by providing AMERICAN SYSTEMS with written notice by e-mail up to 30 days prior to the start date of the course.
If a student cancels a class more than 15 days in advance, a 10% penalty will be assessed.
If a student cancels within 4 to 15 days of class, a 50% fee will be assessed.
If a student cancels a class within 3 days of class, it will result in forfeiture of the full course price.
AMERICAN SYSTEMS Cancellation
If AMERICAN SYSTEMS cancels a course for any reason, liability is limited to the amount paid to date.
Whenever possible, AMERICAN SYSTEMS will give at least 14 days notice if a class must be canceled or rescheduled. In the unlikely event of a canceled class, payments to date will be refunded or credited to a future class. If rescheduled dates are not suitable, AMERICAN SYSTEMS' liability will be limited to a refund of fees paid. AMERICAN SYSTEMS' liability does not extend to travel or lodging expenses.
