Since November 2003, AMERICAN SYSTEMS has managed the HR and staffing needs for the call center portion of the Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC) Civilian Mariner Support Center (CSC), a knowledge base that provides customer support to 4200 civilian mariners and their families around the world.  The CSC Call Center also functions as the primary recruitment center for Military Sealift Command (MSC). MSC provides all necessary information, employment background data, and support processes to prospective Civilian Mariner (CIVMAR) candidates.  Our success in staffing and recruitment is a direct result of the high quality and experience of our site managers and our extensive one-on-one personal interviews with prospective employees.
