Experienced Executive to Further Develop Professional Services Offering in Federal Civilian and Intelligence Markets
October 31, 2011 — Chantilly, Va. — AMERICAN SYSTEMS today announced the appointment of Edward Lussier as vice president and executive director of the Professional Services Federal Market (PSFM). In this role, Lussier will leverage the strengths of AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ Professional Services offering to implement a strategy that will expand the company’s footprint within the federal civilian and intelligence markets.

With 30 years of experience both developing and implementing solutions for U.S. federal government customers, Lussier is a seasoned professional services executive. Most recently, Lussier served as vice president and division manager for CGI/Stanley Associates, providing strategic direction to ensure sustained improvements in quality and customer satisfaction as well as maintaining growth for the division. Prior to this role, Lussier served in a contract management and support capacity at companies including Stanley Associates, DynCorp Inc., Mantech Inc. and The M&T Company, Inc.
Lussier earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from George Washington University.
